Drank 1 gallon water, eat salmon , 1/4 cups sweet potato and salad for lunch at 5pm.
dinner ate a skewer of satay, a Don Prata with egg, 2 Digestive biscuit with almond milk coffe.
137.4 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
