I had an apple and a banana at breakfast
some pork meat at lunch with rice
a yogurt and oatmeal cookies for dinner

I have been eating good, except for yesterday that I ate a Maruchan and some fries at dinner... with beer. Geez.

It was just yesterday, I will eat healthier tomorrow :)
227.1 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 61.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
