I'll gladly take that .6!!! Had to miss a day of working out due to tendonitis (and the side effects of the Vicodin thereafter) but did ok. Going hard all week. Accidentally ate too many calories Monday as well because I miscalculated, so this is a great victory! Feeling good!
124.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
