Strength/Skill:
Front Squats
A: 4 x 2 reps @ 10, 11 & 12 kg
B: 3 x 7 reps @ 10 kg
METCON: For time - 10 minutes on the clock
Start: 240 single rope jumps/ 120 double unders
Then: 12 Backward lunges 12 DB Snatches
Finish: 120 single rope jumps/ 60 double unders
I finished in 8 minutes!!
