I started on QWL in September 2011 and lost 33 lbs by 12/31/11. They taught me how to eat and hold me accountable. I started counting calories in FS towards the end of my 12 week plan with them. I maintained my ending weight from QWL. I set a new goal with FS 12lb loss. In 29 days I have lost 7 lbs. YOU CAN DO IT!
