I have'nt been doing that great dieting on my own.I decided QWL would be a good choice. I knew someone years ago that lost alot of weight on it. She looked so great! This gives me the accountability that I need, but still works on a one on one basis. So far so good.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I started on QWL in September 2011 and lost 33 lbs by 12/31/11. They taught me how to eat and hold me accountable. I started counting calories in FS towards the end of my 12 week plan with them. I maintained my ending weight from QWL. I set a new goal with FS 12lb loss. In 29 days I have lost 7 lbs. YOU CAN DO IT!
