just started working as a teacher's aide so need to focus harder on lowering carbs if the weight is going to be able to drop off.

197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 67.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.

gaining 0.1 lb a week

Congrats on job! Good luck as you lower carbs...maybe take it slower than I did. ;-)
