i have been sick thank goodness i only gained 5 lb. i had a flare the dr gave me a hard time about giving me meds for. she sent me to a rheumatologist, who ask mw why i was even there since i had a such a good handle on my condition. and to top it off they found e-coli in my urine. but i am back to exercising now so those 5 should come back off. i even mowed again at the camper yesterday between health and weather that wasn't getting done. i walked a mile this morning with HIIT training and did 15 reps on each of my strength training exercises. sometimes its best to go slow when your starting over
