I'm on the see-food diet, and I want to get off. If I see food, I eat it. It's hard to walk away, and most social activities involve food. Even so, I actually don't eat a lot, and I do eat pretty healthy; lots of veggies, no sodas etc. I exercise 1/2 hr per day, and still my weight is creeping upward.
