okay I really have not started dieting at all. As much as I want to I have not been watching what i eat or work out. I weighed myself today and felt terrible. I didn't like what I saw. I really need to get on it. Today I went and bought Adkins bars, shakes and snacks. I think I did okay today. I wrote down everything I ate. I hope I can keep staying on it. One step at a time.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
