Yesterday was Easter and I took full advantage. I ate way too much candy. Made me feel terrible. I forget how much of an impact clean eating has on your body. One really bad day and I still feel like crap even after my workout. No more bad days. Remember how this feels!!

Pressure and time
273.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.9 lb a week
