NO MORE EXCUSES--
The Holiday is over and I am on Spring Break!! Today, I have to start to clean out the fat closet--I have really not weighed and measured, have not exercised regularly and have been an emotional hot mess-Today, I choose to start to weight and measure my food and exercise---I know I cna definitely commit to these two small goals and the rest well--one day, one minute at a time.

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 April 2012:

Good for you!! *cheering* I have heard that it is harder to "get on" than "stay on" a food plan. This is true for me..Now that I'm finally "on" after years of trying, I am determined this time. We can do this!! BTW.. Nice to meet you! :)

You can do it!! Just keep up that attitude and you'll do great. It is hard to stick with it sometimes, but it will get easier over time. Good luck!!
