NO MORE EXCUSES-- The Holiday is over and I am on Spring Break!! Today, I have to start to clean out the fat closet--I have really not weighed and measured, have not exercised regularly and have been an emotional hot mess-Today, I choose to start to weight and measure my food and exercise---I know I cna definitely commit to these two small goals and the rest well--one day, one minute at a time.
