Not a good week for me at all. I am willing to bet I gained at least two pounds. Weigh in tomorrow. Time to move on.

One day at a time. One event at a time sometimes all you can do is start again tomorrow. I had a day this week that was really hard and set me back a day or two on my schedule. We'll make it through. We can do this
