I am not sure why I had thee weight gain. I have been following a ketogenic lifestyle. I have recently added 24 hour fasting which is easier then I thought it would be I think lowering my carbs has cut the carb withdrawl out of the issues of fasting.
164.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Hey Kelly, I'm on the keto diet also and I love it!!! I also do the intermittent fasting but no longer than 16hours. I found out that woman naturally hold on to fat especially when our bodies go in starvation mode, which is what happens when you fast for an extensive period of time. Maybe you should hire a nutritionist just to speak about your body type and specific methods to adopt for fasting? Good luck ☺️
