I want a piece of fried chicken or a donut so bad..... I've done so well the last 3 months with cravings but the last few weeks have been really hard. I have been wanting junk so bad. I refuse to give into temptation though. No matter how bad I want it, it is just not worth it. I need to find healthier versions of what I want like oven-baked fried chicken. I'm not sure what a healthy verision of a donut would be though.....

Just remember you'll feel waaay better if you don't eat the donut. I know easier said than done, but looks like you have done very well with your weight loss. More power to you!!
