Really like having apples, grapes and strawberries daily but man my carb level goes nuts along with the whole grain cereal or whole wheat bagel thin - hard not to have carbs but they say should keep numbers down. Im confused and dont wanna give up my fruit. The bread no prob giving up. Sweets no prob not having - like my veggie and protein. Gotta fig how to make this all work. Excersise has gotta help some.
Doing big time on the water intake also so hope it will all balance out.
