I have been following the Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Low Sodium diet that the doctor "prescribed" me. I fell off the wagon big time in February (My bday, my boyfriends bday, my friends bday). I did a lot of celebrating and trust me I paid for it! Alcohol and hot wings do nothing for my figure :-). I'm back on track now and look how quickly the weight is leaving me!!!
