Well, a trip to Pittsburgh didn't do a whole lot for my physical health, but it was a great trip to see my friend. I did a lot of walking, but my eating wasn't great and certainly not health-filled.
I think I'm going back to a low-carb diet, but with yogurt and beans. It's like I need the "you can't eat bread" thing. Otherwise, moderation doesn't work. Plus, I'll be cutting down on the beer.
Tonight is NYE, and we don't have any plans. I'm not sure what we'll do. The boyfriend is at work until 8, so ...
It's 10 a.m. I should shower and hit the grocery store and hit Chick-fil-A (I have a coupon for a free sandwich that expires today!). But I'm not really feeling the motivation to do anything.
