This month didn't go so well. Will try harder this month. Finally joined a gym. Upping my protein, cutting cals to 1000 and upping cardio .

Monday : 30 min walking
30 min walk/run on treadmill
Shoulders,triceps ,biceps
30 min walk/run on treadmill
116.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
