So today is day 34. 34 days of eating better. I am so glad my friend told me to check out this website and has been doing this journey with me. I have been struggling the last few days with pain and being discouraged, and in the past I would have quit. But this time is different. Having this place to come and read about others' struggles and solutions, having buddies to complain to and get advice from is making such a positive difference. I really feel like I can accomplish weight loss this time! Trying to tweak my diet to unstall the weight loss. More calories and protein and less carbs. Still eating whole foods, but gonna take a break from the beans that I love, and the fruits that I don't really love but have been eating a lot of. What are the best low carb veggies? I have no idea!

Isn't this place amazing! As far as low carb veggies, I have been doing lots of green beans, zucchini, Celery, cucumbers, etc. http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/whattoeat/a/whatveg.htm That is a great list of veggies listed in order of carb count.
