Today I start my journey. I met with Andrea the nutritionisat at Mt. Carmel this morning. She as well as Dr. Choban have instructed me to eat a high protein diet and because of my diabetes it should also be medium carbohydrates. I had chinese, chicken and broccoli on the way home from my appt. I am planning to walk this evening for 20-30 minutes.
