pokoknya aku seringnya makan yg direbus sist,makan yg digoreng bs 1 mgg sekali,kadang ngemil jg,aku kan selalu share makanan yang aku makan loh lihat aza hehehe,minyak diganti ama air kira2 100 mili/sesuai selera trs buat perasa kadang dikasih potongan nanas/jagung jd ada rasa manis2nya gitu,daging,tahu,tempe,ayam dipanggang pake teflon no minyak/rebus gitu semangat sis
