Haven't weighed in in a few days... mainly due to having a succession of friends staying the night... and it's kind of awkward to go into the kitchen in my skivvies and weigh myself while they are sleeping in the living room. Anyway!

Still doing okay. I have been making healthier choices on the whole than I have been in the past. At least I feel that's true. Considering the scant time I have to prep veggies and such.

At least this application doesn't feel like a burden... which, combined with the burden of trying to lead a healthier life, would be a lot.
164.4 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
