I feel fat. Weighed in today at weight Watchers. 153.2 on their scale. I had to pay $15. I don't ever want to do that again. I'm up 24 pounds since NATALIES GRADUATION
152.3 lb Lost so far: 79.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
