So I went 4 days 'blindfolded'... no food entries. My choices of food were less healthy, chose some binge foods (queso dip and Haribo gummie bears) but I did stay fairly close to my calorie range. Oddly this is when my plateau gave up a pound, fine with me!
Still trying to get back into exercising, it's all on y head, fear of how hard it is when so out of shape. Head talk...my biggest nemesis.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
