Is there a way to journal, without having to enter a weight or food?

I've been fighting a really bad cold since Sunday night. I haven't had an appetite at all, but I've been drinking bone broth and chicken "soup" (no noodles).

What's your go to, when you're under the weather?
318.4 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 148.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
