I haven't recorded anything since 6 June. This is mainly because I have been happily establishing a new relationship with Garry.
Things are good there... mostly!!
I have been drinking alcohol but also eating sensibly and exercising. My weight has remained roughly stable although I can feel my tummy bloating a bit with too much alcohol... the old inside organ fat I suspect. I did not drink last night at all and plan to get back to a month of diet and drinking less - may be two times a week with Garry or something. Less if he wants to give up too. We'll see.
I have not weighed myself this morning since I have already eaten breakfast but have weighed myself a coupld of times over the last month. Roughly 70 kg still I think. Still aiming for about 66 or 67. When I get under about 68 sometimes I start taking weight off my bum but not my tummy... so I may have to stop dieting at 68. Don't want to lose my bum!!!
