I have said it before, and I will say it again..Fatsecret is going to be my ticket to weight loss. I follow WW points system ,as well as not exceeding 1500cal a day.

This site is allowing me to record accurately, and the weight is coming off...Yah I feel so much better already, thank you thank you.

Welcome!! I'm new to the site and I love it too! I wish you all the best in your weight loss journey! I'm following the WW and was starting to struggle with sticking to the plan but now that I've been introduced to this site I am feeling the excitement about getting in shape and watching what I choose to eat again.
