I have said it before, and I will say it again..Fatsecret is going to be my ticket to weight loss. I follow WW points system ,as well as not exceeding 1500cal a day.
This site is allowing me to record accurately, and the weight is coming off...Yah I feel so much better already, thank you thank you.
