A bad week was starting to turn in to a binge-bad 2 weeks-bad month....
last 2 weeks my mental attitude and diet took a dive---I had all day conferences, no Zumba, no exercise..no food recording..well today is a new day!! I'm back on track--
started measuring and am going to keep on keeping on---'
