Today, I walked the dog for an hour and did 30 minutes of turbo jam.
Ate a bag of chips, corn dog and a toquita from QT. Not a good food day.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
