Those that make zoodles... what do you use to make them. Was looking into making these so that I'll at least be able to have something similar to spaghetti or Alfredo.

Hi I'm new but i happen to love zoodles... The really quick way to cook them... Get those Ziploc steamer bags and throw them in 1 1/2 to 2 minutes depending on how crunchy u like them and how much you pay in the bag (my advice experiment) also helpful hint for those in a budget a regular Ziploc bag works fine (if u don't mind the whole plastics heating chemical safety thing).... An really good way to have them is a simple tomato sauce ( i also know an incredible easy rather cheap and quick tomato sauce recipe pm if interested) if you're feeling fancy add some kind of protein... Another way would be a butter replacement of your choice and some parmesan cheese (or whatever cheese you would normally use on pasta) throw the two together in the microwave for a bit, mix, put back in and nuke again... Literally melting butter and cheese and if u want to get really fancy throw some garlic and herbs in as well.. But the butter cheese thing do not add salt until you taste it first... As far as machine i use.. Just a simple as seen on TV vegetti... Takes some elbow grease but you burn calories making a healthy meal... Why not eh?
