Today is day six of my 7 day personal challenge. Yesterday I didn't feel as strong and committed. I'm sure it was because my schedule changed. I find it difficult to stay on track when I have a challenging day. I got through it and today I intend to do everything in my power to regain my strength and confidence. I really want to lose this weight.
