The only reason I lost the weight was because I going through university midterms. With all the stress, I remembered to take the diet pills, exercise, and drink water - but I never ate! I just never had the appetite or the time. I had easily less than 800 calories per day. I want to give up caffeine but I don't know if I can do it.
