Arrghhh! I did buy the damn treadmill but am going crazy trying to find the time to hop on it -only rarely my body says no, its usually I can't simply get up at 4:30. After work is not a viable option anymore for some reason I can no longer do it (I know the reason... but not sharing even with myself!)
Maybe this week will be better.
Soccer season, please start soon so I can go back to my Bikram classes again...
135.2 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
