I tried something crazy this morning. I was watching Dr. Oz. He had a guest who claimed that you could "shock" your metabolism into losing weight by standing in an ice cold shower for 3-5 minutes. OMG ... I lasted about 90 seconds. I will try again tomorrow. But. oh my, I'm not sure I can do this. woohoo that water was cold!
I'm very proud of myself! I went out to lunch with a friend and made very healthy choices. Yeah me! Chicken stir fry with lots of vegetables, and a small amount of brown rice. It was filling and satisfying.
