Didn't diet, didn't exercise today.
My abs have been protruded and bloated a lot because of over-training during the past three weeks (4-5 days a week when I had never trained before), so I've decided to stop working them. Instead, I'm going to focus on deep breathing and abdominal muscle contractions while lying on my back.
Definitely not going to weight myself until Monday, since I had Chinese food for dinner :/
