This looks bad, but it is actually kind of good. LAST week I weighed 235 so lost 5 lbs this week. FInally quit wallowing and started walking. Spring-like temps are motivating and scary! I don't want to be fat again this summer.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
