WOW It's been a long time since I have been here, and sadly the scale shows just how long. I was down to 190 pounds last time I was here, after loosing 60 pounds. Now I am back up 30 pounds and frustrated.
Life tends to happen and old habits die hard. But I am moving forward with the hopes to take off the 30 pounds I have gained back, and then tackle the last 30 pounds.
Here's to do overs. :-(
