I gained 3 lbs in one week. Too much!!!!I'm getting back on the band wagon starting yesterday. I went to the dr and he agreed he would take me off of some medications if I continued to lose weight as I would no longer need them. So many health problems all due to weight. I will pray that I can continue to lose.
