Well, yesterday was NOT a good day for my diet, I decided, Foolishly, to go out to eat with the family since we hadn't done that in about 7 weeks. WOW, eating out is not only getting very expensive, the food is just plain not good for you to eat. This will be the last time I do that for a good long while. Now it is time to get back at it. I didn't get to bed until real late so I wasn't able to get in my workout this morning. However,it is typically my day off anyway, I just wanted to work off some of the 2500 calories that I had foolishly ingested. I am sure I will pay for my lack of good judgement tomorrow when I weigh in. I expect to gain a pound or two.
