Still trying .....don't you hate it when people start hating on your diet and say your not ding g it right and that diet isn't healthy ....especially when I've been successful I really was as high as 170 when I starting all this I read different books and started trying different approach because nothing was working any more ....especially when that person needs to lose 80 to one hundred pounds ... but they keep asking me what I'm eating lol
151.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
