Again down but probably just getting the water weight off at this point. Coming down to what is say is my true starting weight to work from.
2 days of recording and I'm weighing daily to keep myself motivated. I know there will be gains as well, but I also know fluctuations of 1-2lbs are typical and not anything to beat myself up over. I'm hoping that once I truly start losing (I don't consider any of this loss yet) that I will use any gains to just keep the motivation stronger.
165.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
