well fell of the wagon,,, contacts were making me crazy so hate working out with glasses on (they slip off my nose).. and then was a social butterfly.. (ie wine).. but we are back on track today.. only 9 days to Vegas.. so we are going to be Super good until then.. :-)
Goal is Protein only until the weekend.. then add Saturday veggies and Protein only until Thursday..
working out this week Monday, Wedenesday, Thursday and Monday Wednesday next week.
yep just get back on it until Vegas and then back to it when i get home.. then will have 19 days of being good before Mexico.. :-)
