it was a little harder than i thought and almost gave up. then i wrote a list and reminded myself of all the reasons i want to lose weight and am back on track and ready to lose. my list always keeps me motivated.i read it often.
262.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 147.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
