The combination of fasting and eating healthy really makes you lose weight. A few months ago when I fasted for the month I ate so much when it was time to eat including junk food, which caused be to gain weight. But this time I did not give in to temptation and I ate really healthy, including no carbs. I have 4 days left for fasting and of course the real struggle is maintaining the weight
125.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.9 lb a week
