Yay St Patty's day! I had too much to drink and sausage for dinner (with potatoes of course!)

I will not record my shame. But I am proud that I got in a good two hour walk in. Also that KBS was delicious! My honey and I split one. I'm off to do better with myself today.
166.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
