Getting ready for Hurricane Harvey and realizing it really doesn't change what I can eat right now, just whether it will be cooked or raw - lol. They said on one of the broadcasts to prepare to have food to last for at least the next 5 days. Got my canned Tuna, 3 different types of crackers I can eat that all fall below 3 fat grams per serving. I've got Regular Oats and Steel cut... both can be eaten after being soaked... as long as we don't lose power in this area, I've got eggs, veggies, and other things. And bottom line ... as long as it keeps the pancreas happy, I'll be happy. Everyone have a great weekend. I'll be wishing I had learned to swim. lol
