Well after several months of giving in to my carb addiction, back on the program! Kind of scary that in less than 1 year I packed on over 20lbs by making very poor food selections. Today I feel light headed and I am clearly going through carb withdrawals!
175.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
