Was up last week after my holiday but am back down and last another pound, so thanks, universe and ketosis! I have been working hard at sticking to it, but need to get the hang of making proper meals instead of picking at stuff. But I think I can keep going on phase 1. I tried on clothes this week and can see that I have a ways to go before I can feel good about buying new things.
