no weigh in for another week. yesterday I had TPI for lower neck/ shoulders and scapula. eager to see if they work as well as last time; I was SO sore afterwards even though I iced very well.
energy is good and sleep is ok, though it should be even better w the shots. Had a headache the entire morning before shots.
Brian recommended a gym that is very supportive and run by PT's. I couldn't seem to get their website to open up.I hope its affordable. There are other options if not. I could go there for ' a la carte' personal sessions very occasionally and stick w the bare bones gym...we'll see. The one place has a 2 week free trial. So there's that.
Already seeing more musculature in my legs, increase in protein is bringing back what I thought was gone.

Waiting for the final call, green-lighting the the job I interviewed for last week. Looking forward to the work ( hoping to get the extra training and the selector part) I'll be thrilled if the hiring team is 'able' to get me the paygrade they said they would ask for, wow! It would seem generous when compared to what I was offered just last year ( which was awfully low for the high stress position and practically toxic managers I would have been still stuck with) I thought this store had good vibes and employees seemed to have good morale. Not always the case!
