went on vacation and had a great time, needless to say it shows on my scale... the day that I left for the airport - 1st august 2017 I was 154.8 and today I am at 157.8, on 18th august....THREE pounds of pure fat intake....
Determined to bloody knock it off right away. today is a Friday and started off with lettuce and plucked chix off a rotisserie leg.
will try to go without carbs for the next few days at least a week and get to lower 150s....here is wishing me luck baby....
